How as sip of water helps the brain

waterA sip of water crosses the membranes of the mouth and goes directly into the blood, where it will transverse the body five times every minute and optimally assist hydration. If you are not hydrated you will feel tired and be distracted from being in the moment. Brain function is therefore slow and you will not learn as well as you would had you been hydrated.

Hi Kerri
